Healthy Crickets reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without notification and continued use of this Site means users accept changes. Healthy Crickets recommends users periodically check this page for changes.

Carefree Cricket plan policy

Healthy Crickets believes in 100% customer satisfaction and rewards customers that purchase crickets and worms from us on a continuing basis.

Healthy Crickets’ Carefree Cricket plan allows customers to have an easy prepaid discount plan to help with their weekly, biweekly, or monthly orders. Carefree Cricket plans are paid in advance for future shipments of orders during a specified amount of time. Plans must be paid via PayPal.

If the customer wants to cancel their Carefree Cricket plan, the customer will be refunded the price of the remaining months, charged the difference between our regular and discount price for orders that have been shipped or received, and charged a $10.00 processing fee. We never had anyone cancel and only received positive feedback from our customers on the Carefree Cricket plan.

An example plan: A customer paid for a six month Carefree Cricket plan for a specified order to be shipped monthly. The discount rate was 10% and the total plan was prepaid, which cost $112.50 ($18.75 per month). The regular price for six months without the plan would have been $125.00 ($20.83 per month). The regular and discount difference is $2.08 per month ($20.83 - $18.75 = $2.08). If the customer receives four months then wants to cancel the plan, the customer will receive the remaining 2 month price totaling $37.50 ($18.75 x 2 remaining months = $37.50), will be charged the regular and discount difference for the four months received totaling $8.32 ($2.08 x 4 received months = $8.32), and will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. In this example, the total amount the customer is liable for is ($19.18) and will receive a refund via PayPal or a credit for that amount.

If the customer cancels their prepaid discount plan, the customer will be refunded, credited, or charged a specified amount.

Free crickets or worms with 11th order policy

The customer must keep track of how many orders they place. All 10 orders must have been shipped to the same shipping address. The customer must email Healthy Crickets when the 11th order is placed and notify Healthy Crickets if he or she wants the 100 crickets (along with the size) or 50 mealworms. Healthy Crickets will verify your 10 previous orders and ship an extra 100 crickets or 50 mealworms. It is that easy!
