We provide worm food that is ideal for mealworms, giant mealworms, and superworms.  This is the same blend we feed our healthy worms, and was specially created for these types of worms.  The food can be used as the bedding for your worms, and they will eat as they crawl around inside the cup.  You should also add slices of vegetables, mainly potatoes, so they will stay hydrated.  Make sure you remove the potatoes when they dry up or appear to have mold. Keeping your worms fed is essential to keeping them alive longer and providing the best nutrition to your pet!
